It is also a family business with almost a century of history. It was indeed founded in 1925 in Verona, from the Pasqua family's love for viticulture, and the production of fine wines. Their adventure began first in Valpolicella and then spread to the east coast of Lake Garda and to the most prestigious hills of the Soave appellation. The grapes are fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of about 16-18° C, and the final wine is left in stainless steel tanks until bottling to preserve its fresh notes and liveliness. Pasqua Pinot Grigio is a fragrant, fruity wine, light but with a nice mouthfeel. In the glass, it shows a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it has floral scents reminiscent of the scent of acacia flowers, with hints of pear and a gentle touch of citrus. It is easy to drink, fresh, with a perfectly balanced gentle acidity. It is the ideal aperitif for a sunny afternoon with friends, but it goes very well with fresh salads, appetizers, or light fish-based dishes. Enjoy it now chilled at 10-12 °C.
